The property was very clean and new. The pool was large and comfortable. We love that there was a heated heated spa available as well as saunas. The breakfast buffet was a hit with our family. We loved having it available every morning for breakfast. The staff were all amazing. From the buffet staff to the cleaning crew and the front desk, Katty was amazing! Our family was very comfortable in our spacious family suite. Even our pets enjoyed the stay! Overall, great hotel to stay at. Recommended for families and people traveling with pets. Very close to restaurants and Walmart is across the street which was a bonus. Less than half an hour from the theme parks great location.

We booked our room for a family of four expecting a king bed and a sofa bed and that is what we received however, to anyone that is looking to stay at this type of room know that the sofa bed is probably the size of a full size bed, therefore a little on the smaller size for older teenagers or adults. We made it work though. Another thing to point out is that the elevators sometimes do make noises which surprise me as it is a newer hotel. Finally, the bathroom in the room was absolutely beautiful, but it does have a rain shower, which sometimes makes it difficult to clean more sensitive areas and since it has a glass wall can also splash water out of the shower if not careful

The lobby and amenities were great. The housekeeping was so nice and helpful whenever I encountered them. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the again, the housekeeping ladies and man were above and beyond kind. The front desk had towels delivered to my room within 15 minutes at about 11:30pm. This is also a very good location. Great discount Disney store next door and little over 10 minutes to Disney. The pool area was very beautiful. I love all of the tropical plants around the outside of the hotel as well.

The elevators may possibly need maintenance. Mildew on ceiling in bathroom probably due to no fan. There was no mildew odor or anything. Also a dirty stain under toilet bowl which I didn’t notice until wiping water off of the floor.

We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in. The clerk (did not get her name) made us feel welcome and let us know of all the amenities that were available to us. .. our room was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our trip and enjoyed exploring the area. Lots of great food/drink options nearby. We will definitely be booking this hotel again when we are back to visit family.

Rooms were clean. Loved the amount of pillows given in each bed. Hot breakfast was perfect.. loved the protein selections! Check-in and out were easy. Staff is very friendly at the front desk!

The cable went out for about 30 minutes or so but then was ok after that. They were doing construction 🚧 by the parking lot and my new car got dust all over it. The construction crew didn't seem to care that they got my car dirty

My room smelled weird. It had a kitchenette and I think whoever stayed there before cooked and the smell was still lingering. It did not smell good. Bathroom floor was not clean. I could see what appeared to be hair? Just made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of my room.
