    - “The apartment is located in a large building, and there is a security guard at the entrance, making it really safe. It was big enough to host our family of 5, although one of the kids used a mattress set on the floor. We could prepare a simple breakfast using the kitchen, even air-fry our pao de queijo. The location is excellent, just two blocks from the Copacabana beach and Blue Note Rio. There are terrific places to eat around, as well as washing facilities and stores. It's very well communicated with buses going everywhere around the city, and the metro station is just around the corner.”

      The private deck was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable, and the property was in easy walking distance of downtown Bayfield.

      There were no signs for the property and no onsite staff. They are obviously in the midst of refurbishing an older building, and some of the work was very sloppy, particularly the paint job in the bathroom. The shower didn't drain very well.

      The theme was done wonderfully, great attention to detail.

      Our second night the hot water went out and then were were evacuated at about 5 am. There was no staff that came to check on those guests that evacuated our side of the building. No one explained what was happening and they never came to tell us it was safe to go back in. When we all saw the fire trucks leave and the alarm stopped we all waited for them to open the doors, explain what happened and let us back in. That never happened, after a while we all climbed back up from where we evacuated, found a door that didnt close all the way and went back in. Still no idea what happened and had to check out exhausted and without showing because there was no hot water.

      The noise coming from the hallway and upstairs room, walls were thin. You can hear everything outside of your room. For breakfast, there was no meat, eggs, or cereal.There were also 2 dead bugs and 1 live one inside the room
