  Television, phone, and internet were not working in room. We had to move to another room which was more comfortable but internet didn’t work there either. I had business to do and had to go outside the building to be able to send/receive emails or access the web. Very inconvenient

  housekeeping should've reported basic maintenance issues in the room: toilet paper dispensor had no cross bar -- we used the paper roll from the floor, (2) shower on-off knob leaked water onto the bathroom floor badly enough that we skipped taking a morning shower before we left, (3) telephone, when we called the front desk, they evidently could not hear us, hung up, so we called by the outside number from our cell phone. We reported these details when we checked out.
