The staff was friendly, the price was good. The room lacked : a hair dryer, a chair, a reading lamp, bedside phone charger. The ice maker is on the 3rd floor and the concierge stated that the elevator worked 95% of the time., so I walked up and down to get ice. The lobby was very sparse: a couch and a TV. No decor. The entire hotel looked like it had been bought just that week.

The AC was working which is good in the desert and the room was relatively clean.

The window was broken, there was a gap under the entrance door, the room had a very strong and unpleasant floral odor, and the location did not feel safe (at the end of a desert road). On top of that, the receptionist at the front desk was rude (did not feel welcome). We did not stay. Definitely not a place I would recommend, especially if you are traveling with children.

No towels for pool. Ants in bathroom. Thermostat needed batteries. They did spray for ants and put batteries in thermostat. Last day toilet backed up and no one was there to fix it

The ptac (hvac) needs deep cleaning it smells of mildew and mold. The shower head was old and no additional settings could be set due to lime/scale build-up , bathtub was dirty and stained, carpet needs deep cleaning as well. The location was covienently by two restaurants and Walmart, but many homeless men/women, night walkers wandering the parking lot, unsafe to go in and out of room once sunset. No security patrolling area or vehicles. Had one of our nights I was woken by loud music and people talking, a man stood by my truck for about 20 mins, called front office between 1:30a-2a but no answer, phone just rand and rang. We were two women, 1 disabled child plus 1 a two year old, not risking to address anyone at that time.
