The night shift receptionist Donna was exceptional. She provided great customer service and with a smile. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Every staff member greeted us with a smile.

I understand that hospitality can be challenging and stressful. But hospitality is centered around customer service and the customer service I received this particular evening from Ms. Lynn was horrible. From the time I walked in to check in, I was greeted with an attitude. Later that evening my guest arrived and asked about complimentary waters. I went to the front desk and inquired about the waters that were displayed behind the desk. She stated that they were for members only. After letting my guest know what was said, he went downstairs himself because he's a Hilton member. She stated to him that the room had to be in his name, which it wasn't. She was rude to him as well. She didn't make me or my guest feel welcomed at all. She made us feel like we were a bother. The room we had was pretty good but the guest that were across from us was apparently having a party and for a long time we heard talking outside our door, doors slamming and the scent of marijuana in the hallway and the elevator.

Was a little disappointed in the buffet breakfast. Even though we came down around 9am much of the hot food was gone and had not been replenished. Gravy was cold and only one biscuit was left and was very dry. A little pricey for what we got. Other than that our meal the evening before was delicious and service was great. Overall we had a wonderful stay and staff was always courteous and professional. We would definitely stay there again!
