- “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

  For $60 this was definitely worth it and would do it again. The beds and pillows were comfortable, room and floor pretty clean, again, for the price you can't beat it. Fridge worked great. Location is great. I can't speak on the breakfast because we forgot about it and they didn't mention it at check in.

  My biggest complaint is the room smelled like smoke, there is nothing worse. But I don't think their policy is all that strict so I didn't think switching rooms would help any.

  The pull out couch mattress was so thin that you could feel every bar in the frame. Not enough blankets and sheets to accommodate for other guest to sleep on the couch. The doors open and close very loudly disrupting people from sleeping.

  The staff was wonderful. I had mentioned in a previous conversation it was out 20 year anniversary, and when they called to let us know our room was ready they congratulated us, I thought it was nice they had made a note and remembered, The room was very clean and comfortable as well. The Diner next door was delicious!
