Loud. I took this trip for leisure and relaxing I was wakes up at midnight, 230 am and 345 young kids laughing making noise outside of the room.

There was hair in the bathtub. Floors definitely look like they should’ve been vacuumed recently along with the furniture in the room. The couch in the room had dog hair all over it. Yes, the place is pet friendly which I did like but clean house if you’re going to allow pets, you should have the equipment for hair removal. I have done detailing and vehicles before and it’s not that hard. Also, I did not like that. They started packing their rooms from the bottom up. I would’ve appreciated a higher floor up room. I had the nicest room available other than a suite and the only reason why I didn’t get a suite was because it wasn’t available. I would’ve liked to have been on the top floor or close to it no one even asked just placed us. Also, the ice machine on the floor they placed us on didn’t work so I had to go chase the ice machines in the building to find one that did work. Also, their snacks in the lobby area are all like two dollars more expensive than what you would normally spend at a gas station. Definitely stop at Walmart and get your snacks beforehand the breakfast food they had available was nice but the staff did not clean up behind people as they were getting food and just left it until people were all done for the morning. Also, I have a chronic medical condition when we walked into our room. It was 92° with the heat on full blast. and it was in the middle of August. I will say that put a cramp in my day. Also be prepared for the deposit to take over a week to come back.

There was a large spot on the ceiling above our bed that obviously had some sort of adhesive or something stuck on that needed to be painted or cleaned. Other than that it was great.

Room smelled moldy and the AC wasn't as cool, fridge and bathroom door was jammed could not get it opened. Bed is not that comfortable, music by the pool bar was very boring need to change it up. Get a touchtune system

There were dead bugs in our room, no fitted sheets on bed. If I wasn’t so tired from flying all day I would have left place. There were people banging on doors all night and screaming too! We were nervous to leave. I saw someone looked like strung up drugs, walking in her underwear and bra outside! The Uber driver came to get us fold us he doesn’t come to this bad area. I also went to see why vending machine didn’t work all they said idk it’s just broken. The young guy was nice when we checked in but guy in morning was very rude and even though my checkout said 11am he was trying get me out by 10:30am. Believe me I wanted out but I was waiting for my ride. It was nightmare!
