Individual bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

      We loved this property and plan to make this location our base for future trips to Palm Springs. The staff is warm, welcoming, and friendly. The property/rooms are immaculate and very spacious. There is a “honor snack bar“ open 24/7 and COMPLIMENTARY fresh coffee, tea, hot chocolate and ice water; also available 24/7. Although the breakfast is advertised as “continental”, it is absolutely a full, hot breakfast with a wide array of selections, including pancakes, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, etc. Although it is freeway-close (another huge advantage), there’s absolutely no road noise whatsoever. We were delighted with our stay and will look forward to returning soon.

      The hotel was close to the airport. It took only about 10 minutes for the shuttle to get from the airport to the hotel. Then the check-in process was simple and fast.

      We had to wait an excessive amount of time for the old airport shuttle. We sat at the airport and watched the shuttles from other hotels come and go, and when our shuttle finally came it was old and dirty. Then we were told that the shuttle could take us to the Mall of America, but we needed to wait an hour for it, so we ended up walking. In addition, the hotel was extremely old and broken down. The photos on Booking.com did not represent the hotel accurately. Everything is worn and faded and smells bad. Only a few of the buttons on the room phone worked, and the wi-fi was not really free (which is shocking in 2025)! The only good thing about the room were the bathroom towels.
