Freeway noise above tolerance level because the windows are not sound proof; they are old and completely inadequate. I assume due to my booking with booking.com I got the worst room possible. I asked for a quieter accommodation but was told the motel is full. Oddly the parking lot was more than half empty at midnight.

The hotel had a very historic feel and the room was nicely decorated. Lena at reception was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. Alex of valet provided good information. Overall, an excellent stay.

I was excited to stay at the Harrahs but I’m so disappointed to say it was horrible. My room was dirty with hair all over the floor . My bed was dirty felt itchy the whole time. I couldn’t wait to try Guy Fiery restaurant and the food was nasty. We decided to get a Hot sandwich at a pizza place in the resort and they ran out of bread which they failed to mention so we waited for 45 minutes. The Cinnabon and The Dreyer’s were two different locations but only one worker running them by herself. She was going back and forth because she had a line of customers at both locations. Obviously Harrah’s management not prepared especially on a Labor Day weekend.
