The breakfast met my expectations and was good. The room was very clean and new. I liked the security, and I liked that the TV greeted me. The common areas were modern and comfortable.

I’am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service and accommodations during my family’s recent stay. Upon check-in, I attempted to address a negative experience from a few weeks prior, including a disruptive incident involving a manager loudly arguing with someone in our floor during our last visit. Witch was inconvenient for my family’s needs for a restful morning before getting back on the road traveling to our next destination. The staff member at the desk dismissed my concerns, in front of a guest implying that my account of the manger’s behavior was not credible by stating it ‘didn’t sound like any of the mangers in that hotel. Despite of our bad experience and after inquiring for a washer a dryer we were assigned a room located directly opposite from the laundry facility. Then throughout our stay the hall way had a smell and we were regularly disturbed by children running, witch it’s not hotels fault but just made or stay a worst experience than before. Staff at this hotel do not greet and are not friendly nonetheless welcoming at all.

We liked the beds as they were very comfortable. The breakfast was ok but with so many people we didn't get much and had to purchase breakfast somewhere else. The location of the hotel was good as it was near the event we were headed to on Saturday.

There is a number of things we did not like...no toilet paper in room, no shower curtain in shower, not enough towels for as many guests as we had in room, bathroom was not clean (hair on floor and sink area), mold was also in the bathroom which affected our breathing, and food was left in microwave from previous guests.
