      Staff was nice,but key card didn't work all 7 days I was there. Had to go back downstairs to get a new card, Also only 1 elevator,ice machine was on the ground floor,I was on the 4th floor, Then one night someone came in my room when I was in the shower. This person thought it was their room. It had been assigned to them. Not a great expierence

      Hi-Tide was a great midway stop of the bike-packing adventure. Great access to beach to enjoy. Room was comfortable. The amenities of the pool and hot tub were a bonus, to stretch out the legs after 300 miles of biking.

      There was a toenail and a thick black substance on the sheets my nephew was sleeping on. The lightbulb in the bathroom didn't work. The staff was rude when we asked for a fresh sheet set and made me pull the strange toenail clipping out of the trash to show her and prove it to her before she would believe me and change the sheets. Horrible experience.
