West Yellowstone, Montana

It's proximity to the West Gate of Yellowstone park and that it has an attached restaurant. The AC in the room worked. The people were friendly and courteous.

The hotel condition and amenities did not outweigh the daily room rate. The room was located on the 1st floor with a noisey parking lot and noisey people above us and in the hallway. Accommodations were just okay. The bed pillows were terrible. The bathroom sink and a huge tub were outside the bathroom and in the sleeping area of the room. For 2 adults, there was a single clothing drawer. There was no safe. We've stay at much more economical hotels where breakfast was included the rate.

Modern clean room except coffee stain on carpet. Front desk very friendly (Precious) and offered good suggestions to get dinner.

Bathroom smelled like black mold. There was no stopper in the bathtub so you are forced to only shower. Excessive amounts of caulking around tub which was also peeling up and mildewed. Strong of mold in bedroom on backside of bathtub/shower. Plastic laminate was bubbled up and not secured to floor. Breakfast item choices were sparse. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

The location was good. The room was comfortable enough.

The window was drafty, you could feel it on you at night because the bed is directly under it. I was surprised at the structure of the facility, it's more like a dormatory with community area and community restrooms.

The shower head is kinda weird and the shower drain needs fixed, the plate was moving around a lot. The wood floor is very bubbled or at least in the room we stayed in . I would say the flooring needs updating .

The location is superb - walking distance to Washington Square Park, the West Village, and the Financial District. Two subway stops nearby.

We didn’t get wifi in our room throughout the duration of our stay. We brought this up but were only told that the maintenance people didn’t arrive before labor day weekend and we could use the wifi in the lobby.
