The property was clean and comfortable. I liked that you needed a key card to go up the elevator, it made me feel safer. We had a great view of the space needle from our room. The shower was very nice, great pressure!

Upon arriving, there was a Be Right Back sign in window. I.was extremely tired & just ready to check in and get to my room ASAP. So as Im waiting for desk clerk to return to office, Im getting bit by mosquitos. I got Uber there so I could not just go sit in a car. I got bit pretty bad. So I finally get in my room and the smell of dog n urine hits me. Im too tired to even bother to ask for a different room. Luckily I had body spray n disinfectant spray. That helped a lil. The smell bothered me alot. The spray only helped a lil. I cooked breakfast in a.m and the smell just wasn't sitting right with me. If they have pet friendly rooms, they should have proper cleaning supplies as well. Im not a complainer but you should be comfortable when staying at a Hotel.

This property listing is misleading and very disappointing. The photos actually show two different apartments, mixed together with no indication of which one you will get. The “Two-Bedroom Apartment” is advertised as spacious with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with bath and shower, a terrace, a kitchen, and 3 beds plus a futon. In reality the photos are misleading and it’s not what you get. After a 12-hour flight we arrived late at night to a long, steep staircase never mentioned in the listing. We helped my mother getting up the stairs, which was extremely difficult. Inside, only two double beds and a futon were visible. My 82-year-old mother had to sleep on the couch. After complaining, the owner said some beds were stowed under the main beds, but we clearly stated we were 5 adults. Beds should have been made and ready, and the futon is for a child, not an adult. The bathroom was unacceptable: the drain was blocked, the tub filthy and stained, with “floaters” coming up into the water (I have photos to prove this). Another misleading claim: “minutes from the airport and downtown.” It is 20 minutes away and cost over $40 one way by Uber. A few minutes means less than 10, not 20. The host did not respond immediately when we contacted them and only texted at 11pm, long after we were asleep. This is not what we booked, and it ruined the start of our trip. Misleading photos, undisclosed stairs, poor cleanliness, stowed beds not prepared, distance misrepresented, and almost no communication make this property a terrible value. Avoid if you expect honesty, comfort, or basic hospitality.

Bedding was dirty, Sink was broken, tub didn’t drain which makes me wonder if it was cleaned before my family and I checked in because the cleaners would have noticed unless they just didn’t care. Ac was terrible!
