Unfortunately, I was only there for a short time and didn’t get a chance to go on the roof…but I talked with some people who did and they said it was awesome. I will definitely go next time I’m there.

The staff wasn’t very friendly, the customer service wasn’t good. Now I am aware that people have so call bad days, but when you deal people you got to stand back and check on yourself, take a few breaths and then continue. The staff needs to think, this person may have had some type of bad experience before arriving.

Everything else, first it smells and cockroachs and dropping everywhere. First room TV didn't work and manager said it will come in in 30 minutes and then he had to come try to fix it. Took about an hour then told me to wait 30 more minutes now mind you the only thing to do in this room is watch TV and I have 2 littles with me at the time. So I asked to switch room or does all the TV not work finally put me in a second room but only analog TV so about 5 channels none of them clear. I recommend that you represent this property on your website as it is not good at all

Couldn’t get into the property when arriving and it took over 3 hours until we were able to get in. Owner nevr answered text or phone calls for over 7 hours even after booking.com called them. Booming.com wanted us to find another place to stay.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Owner kept on bothering us and asked us to bring in her packages and put bed frames together and clean up the mess that was left from tenants prior to our stay.
