    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      I asked for an early check in at 1:30pm since check in is at 3:00pm they told me I could have it if I paid an additional $40 dollars so they had the room but I had to pay extra for it

      The different pool and play areas. The front deck lady was very nice

      The safety rails on the stairs to the pool sway and I fell scrapping my back and ankle when the SAFETY hand rails moved - they should be secured. We went twice in a 10 day period and it was not fixed the second time we went back either. The beds are so hard - need new mattresses. The place needs to be updated

      I liked that most of rh property seemed redone

      Even though the property was redone, it seemed to be redone with cheap stuff. There was a couple holes where my doors were and there was zero soap. As we were getting out the lift a random guy got dropped off in the area that we were to stay in he said he “unforgotten his card“ my son didn’t know anybody and let him in and he is getting off in the same way as well, my son being like I don’t think so never mind or like here like that wanted he got off on the same floor as we did and to be honest the whole situation was creepy
