Location was great! Staff is friendly and explained all of the amenities. Good ice machine. Family friendly place, we saw families having cookouts etc. Amazing location right next to the beach, we could see the river from our room which was great. Room was clean, decent bed and pillows. Nice towels, I saw a little soap collection on the sink but we brought our own soap. Each room had a picnic table out front of the room which was really cool and I took advantage of. A/C inside was nice and cool. There was a TV and fridge as well. It’s a value hotel, which I love staying at-some people might think of it as a lower end spot but we appreciated our stay and it was a good clean room.

Convenience to the highway.. the shower was great and the bed was very comfortable.. But, I think it was a decent value compared to other properties in the area. The staff seemed very friendly

The room was dated and I found dead bugs on the floors. No directory or TV channel guide. They need to do a better job of keeping the outside trash cans from overflowing.. There were people coming and going all night.

The only negative was a lack of responsiveness from our ‘assigned housekeeper’. She ignored messages and calls, which created unnecessary stress. Fortunately the building caretaker and other staff (via booking.com) were very helpful.
