The breakfast staff was completely amazing and I think her name was Sue. She was so kind to us and our son Tucker and that really goes along way with his. If it was not for her I would have marked a lot of the answers and not so good.

John or Jon how ever you spell it. We drove in from Richmond VA and got to the hotel around 3:45AM Friday morning. When we checked in you could just tell he did not want to be there. He was rude from the first word that came out of his mouth. I also found out he tried to have my mother who shares the same last name sign for my room and almost gave it away. Our family also caught him telling staff wrong information about our interaction. I made sure to bring this up as we checked out and was comped a night for the inconvenience. The room was fine and somewhat clean. On one of the mattress I noticed a stain that looking pretty gross that we did not notice it was there until check out. We were on the 3rd floor and it reeked of weed smell 2 of the 3 days we were there. The location and price were fine but unless somethings changes for the better we will more then likely not be staying there again.

Breakfast was extra even though they charged $500 for a room. When we left the cleaning lady said we had to clean the one plate we left in the sink or she’d charge us. We paid so much money for a dingy hotel on the ocean front. The worst part was I was sitting in a wheel chair and she told me to clean it or she’d charge me. The fact that one plate could make staff act that way is crazy. We wanted to get ice and the ice machine was on one floor in the entire hotel and you had to pay for ICE. The blankets were musty. When I had difficulty walking because I’m wheelchair bound and asked if they could bring a blanket upstairs they said we have to come down and get it. To think how overpriced it is for absolutely no customer service and how musty everything is, I would tell everyone steer far away from this place. Waste of money

Internet service was non-existent. A/C was LOUD all night, blowing right on one of the beds. I picked up a long cold as a result. Staff were unhelpful when I asked for a partial refund.
