    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      Shannon the front desk gal that checked us in was super helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean, as was the room. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the free breakfast. The other thing that was refreshing were the prices of things in the vending machines, they weren’t jacked up prices like everywhere else.

      The location is great and the staff is very friendly so customer service was on point.

      The hotel needs updating including carpet & furniture. One major dissapointment is the daily resort fee which Booking.com committed to booking with NO additional fees, however I was charged $35 a day beginning the first day of check-in which is between 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (the day is over) but $35 was charged that day and daily for my entire stay. When I told the front desk clerk, Booking.com booked with NO additional fees, she responded that everyone who booked through Booking.com complains about the added fees. Also no coffee maker in the room so I had to get dressed every morning to go a pick up a cup of coffee. Also the restaurant closes between 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m, every morning, then opens again for lunch at 11:30 a.m. Note: People are on vacation so they are going to come down later for breakfast.

      A lot, our tub was stopped up tried to change rooms but they were full, there was a short none of the outlets worked so no lamps or tvs couldn’t charge our phones, the carpets were wet by the sink. Definitely disappointed

      The staff was great and friendly. Overall the facility was very clean and well maintained. The hotel was very affordable; the beds were acceptably comfortable and more importantly clean. We had a great stay.

      Overall the cleanliness was good, but the carpet in the hallway was pretty dirty. And in our room the fridge had not been cleaned out and the bathroom sink did not drain. But other than that, no complaints.
