      I loved the design of the hotel it was beautiful. The access to my room and the clear communication between me and the staff was nice on arrival. The room was spacious and has so many amenities. The 24 hr access to snacks and hot drinks was awesome. Location was so convenient to where I needed to be.

      I didn't like the setup of the fridge with the snacks in the room for pay. I couldn't use the fridge because it was filled with drinks for sale. Which lead to me losing my leftover pizza due to ants that found my food in my room. My door was always hard to shut or even open. I mentioned both issues to the desk staff and they both offered to have me change rooms which I decided not to. I didn't appreciate the response to my pizza issue, I was basically blamed for not putting my good in the fridge. Did to the fridge not having enough room for my food. I've never had an issue with pizza in my room so I didn't like that response. The ants were coming from below the desk in the refrigerator. Other than those issues it was great experience.

      We could fit 5 people in 1 room! There was a pull out couch, I've found alot of hotels don't accommodate 5 people.in 1 room. The staff was friendly.
