The beautiful lobby was a pleasant surprise, very welcoming and restful. We enjoyed the healthy breakfast options, especially the oatmeal, fruit, and delicious banana bread! It felt like home because there was a jigsaw puzzle in the works for guests to enjoy. This property is really lovely with gorgeous flowers in gigantic horse trough planters on the railings and large pots of flowers in the parking lot!

Our room on the first floor was not very quiet at times. We are light sleepers and could hear floor squeaks and plumbing noises from the rooms overhead but road noise was not a problem at all. The bed could have been more comfortable. Recommend this quaint motel with a stay above the first floor.

The halls were a little confusing the elevators were at the end of the hall and out or the way. The rooms were suitable but the breakfast was subpar and not the best . The guest were a little sketchy.

The view was gorgeous from the river view room. The landscaping was very lovely. They had many flowers in bloom. The room was very spacious.

I do feel like the rooms could use a little extra TLC. The decor feels very outdated. You can also hear the plumbing from other rooms, so bring earplugs.

I was in the US in 2016, and it seems to me that this hotel has not been renovated since then. Unfortunately, this is noticeable in cheaper hotels. Contactless card or mobile payment was not possible.

The staff appeared to be pleasant but couldn't seem to get on the same page about policies. I was a long term stay due to a house remodel. I've been gone for about 30 days and my deposits still not been returned they have no coherent reason as to why and the manager is surprisingly unavailable when i call

1 out of 2 Elevators broken. Coffee maker at breakfast broken and was told to use the one in my room. Burnt out light bulb. Musty smell in room. Dirty light fixtures.
