Individual bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

      When we first arrived, we noticed that the balcony door does not close so a maintenance guy came and started fixing it, which took about an hour after that the coffee machine was not working, but when I told the receptionist about the situation, they apologies and they transferred me to another room And they also provide me a free breakfast voucher. I did appreciate their kindness and their understanding.

      I think the room needs to be checked before guests arrive, so I don’t have to discover that the balcony door is not working and that they have to fix it while I am staying there.

      We stayed in a caboose and loved it! A realLu unusual opportunity and a treat! Very easy to get to and quiet at night. Central to get to Grand Canyon South rim and easy to get to towns which offered so much variety. The pool was clean and fun!

      Things are generally a bit older, so set expectations accordingly. That said, it was clean and a lovely stay and we would recommend it.

      Super friendly staff. The golf carts around the property keep it quiet but accessible. We could see lots of animals that way. Food is delicious and the pool was amazing. Also a perfect spot from which to explore Death Valley.

      The room was beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The view from our balcony was breathtaking the staff was friendly and helpful.

      I didn’t like that they did not provide any type of coffee or breakfast for the price we paid . I also didn’t like that they called me and told me that I left my light on in my room and it would be a $500 fine if I didn’t close the curtain because of the sea turtles . I understand the importance of the se turtles nesting but when your on vacation you don’t think to close your curtain on the 5th floor when your out exploring .

      Most of the staff are rude and disrespectful. I’ve spent $$$$ there for business bc it’s close to work when I’m in town. Staff is not helpful and act as if you asking for anything is a burden

      Front desk staff when I got there was not very friendly. Room needed upgrades - not in good shape. The shower was horrible. There was almost no water pressure at all. When you ran hot water in the sink it barely came out. Stayed at the same hotel 6 years ago and it was great. Will not stay here again.
