The Falls Motel provided an extremely comfortable, clean room and a very convenient location for the Watkins Glen Vintage Gran Prix weekend. The room was recently remodeled, and the bathroom was very clean and modern. It was a great location to walk to Montour Falls and its quaint, historic T downtown, and also enjoy the quiet of the country away from downtown Watkins Glen. For the price and amenities, you can't beat this motel while attending a race at Watkins Glen or a romantic getaway in the finger lakes.

The signage for finding the property's steep driveway was a little difficult to find in the dark. The tv/cable box was somewhat tricky to start for the first time, but then it made sense once the start-up buttons on the remote were identified. While the room was very clean, the smell of the "fabuloso" cleaning product was overwhelming for the first day or two of our stay.

I loved the friendly vibe, and also the amenities. The kitchen was perfect and included pots ,pans, plates bowls and utensils for use. Very modern kitchen and very clean. Loved it.

Only thing I think I didn’t like was how hot my room was. A fan or AC unit would fix that. Other than that it was great.

No hot water sometimes, depends on how many people are taking a shower at the same time, unacceptable for a hotel and definitely unacceptable for the price we paid. The suites aren't worth their price.

The property allowed other guests staying outside making noise until 3am My room was not cleaned despite my request. The reception desk recognises that my cleaning request has been recorded but nothing was done. It’s very frustrating to come back from a long day of work and find my room in that state. I am trying to formally complain and the fair move from the hotel would be to reimburse one night of my stay. Let’s see if there is any reaction to my complaint.

Only thing I like about the property it was very ducked off , quiet area , kitchen was very beautiful , backyard was very big despite it being messy other than that I had a great stay.

What I didn’t like was the water pressure is horrible in showers , a lot stuff was broken in the house like the room door glass door was cracked. The walls were a little dirty , WiFi was not working the whole stay & the man never tried to get back with me nor help solve the issue💯, cleaning lady and owner are very rude , both walked in while everyone was there getting their things together she didn’t even give us a chance to walk out and was recording when we were leaving.

We got the room with jacuzzi tub in the room because it was our 12 year anniversary. The tub however did not drain so we used it once and it took 4 hours to drain. I was not impressed and probably won't be back due to this. When spending the extra for certain things and then them not being up to par it kinda throws you off. 😒
