Some of the staff was great. Other staff members was not the houseman did not do as told with dog poop on the side walk. Bathroom door was off the hinge and the toilet seat was off the hinge when reported the mains man came right away.

The houseman not doing as told we had to walk by the dog poop every time we had to go get ice, breakfast, or to the pool. So disgusting. Plus the loud talking by the other guests that was living on the property couldn't really sleep much.

Great location, walking distance to airport and Little Italy. Probably one of the cheaper hotels you’ll find in San Diego that offers free, convenient parking. Having a smart TV is a huge plus as well

The lock on our door didn’t lock all of the way, only had to rely on the deadbolt which made us feel quite unsafe. There were a bunch of random stains on the curtain, the ceiling, and comforter… The shower also leaked a ton of water onto the bathroom floor. Just didn’t feel very well kept or maintained. Also didn’t provide any toiletries aside from soap (no shampoo/conditioner, lotion, hair dryer, etc.)

Nothing! So disappointed we stayed there- we typically stay at Cesears but tried Ballys. We had COCKROACHES in our room and our cool which was in the cooler that we used to make drinks with the ice.

We had COCKROACHES in our room and in our personal cooler that I used to take to the beach and used to make drinks with that ice. We had to take 2 hours from our day to pack up and move rooms (which i agree with) but it interrupted our day.)
