Individual bottles of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were provided. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo with a lovely view of the port and sea. The location couldn't have been better. Easy walk to the bustling port and shopping areas. We look forward to a future stay.”

      Terrible. Service was bad. The room was not ready when I enterred after checked up. Keys broke often. Had to go down the counter to get them work. The hotellier said that is not their problem but the plastic cards- does not make sense.

      Terrible. No service mind. The hotelier was wearing wrinkles wind breaker. Not professional. Did not provide bottled waters which were given to other guest. Discrimination! Keys did not work every time I tried to open the room door.

      There was a lot of variety in breakfast...but they could add fresh fruits as well..overall good experience..24 hour coffee was available in the lobby area.

      The blankets and bedsheets could be more clean. I observed some hair on the blanket and some stains as well..some airfreshner could be provided to customer for rooms..there wrre no water bottles in the refrigerator.

      Beautiful location on the Missouri River. I thought it the river there might have an industrial feel, but it really doesn't. Cute little balcony off our room was a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and my morning coffee. Attached pic is from the balcony. Walking path looked really nice but didn't have time to use before dark.

      Building is a bit tired & frayed around the edges, but I understand there are changes in progress. Definitely had a new mattress & nice linens so they're tackling things that matter most. Staff very nice
