      The owners are very nice and will help you if you need anything. The rooms are VERY clean, roomy, lots of hot water, and the water pressure is awesome. It's located in an industrial area and it's very quiet both day and night, they offer plenty of LIGHTED parking, and it's very safe there. We will definitely stay again. We stayed for a week over the 4th of July for a 4-day convention at the Convention center.

      Don't get me wrong, this place is as nice as it could be for being built in the 1950s? And not renovated since then. Carpet? Disgusting n wore shoes the whole time. Paint? Maybe last done in the 1980s? Did I feel like it might be part of a scary murder movie scene? ...yep sure did. But I can see the potential here. Some new paint, flooring, marine paint on the bathroom tiles,new comforters, and doors without big gaps in them could really make this place a super awesome retro vibe spot! Would I stay here again? No, not in it's current state (and this is coming from someone who usually stays in a tent) but did I love the location yes. But next time in BV I will continue to stay at the bv overlook campground.
