Location was fine - away from the town center, so a car was definitely needed (we had a rental car)., but not too long a drive from everything, and in a quiet and pleasant area with a big supermarket nearby. Inside the place was clean and comfortable, with lots of attention to details to make our stay fine.

it was high season - Labor Day weekend - and still the price was a bit high, though sadly in line with Anchorage prices. So in terms of value it was not a great bargain...

You can hear the next rooms noise like if they were in same room as you some of the lights were not working smelled like cigarette smoke in the room carpet looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while key cards were in and out other than that it wasn’t bad i guess depending on the room you get as well

Parking charges they took everyday $55 wasn’t inform earlier .parking was full I was inform to park in any other hotel .they charge me $45 usa per night .in my room we seen bad bucks in our room .we Inform to front desk and replaced room late night at 11.30 pm .

Staff was not great. The front desk employee was nice enough. But she initially put us into a room that was supposed to be off-limits. It smelled so bad in the room. The refrigerator stunk. The entire room stunk. So we told her and she moved us. But we were told that that room was not supposed to be available. Not sure why she put us in there. I tried to order a glass of wine at the "bar" and the employee took a highball glass and rinsed it out in the sink. Then he tried to pour wine into the glass while it was still wet. I asked if they had a wine glass. And he said no. I refused the wine. Laundry facilities were broken, so they sent us across to the Marriott courtyard. That was ridiculous. I know that the area is expensive because it is an airport hotel. But the price of this room was ridiculous considering how terrible the stay was.
