    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      Our air conditioner in our first room started smoking really bad but we called the front desk and they had staff to or room very quickly and immediately gave us a new room only 2 doors down.

      They got a tv that was new but do not work and there is no cable no tv nothing to see that is horrible I never saw that matter before at a hotel or motel room. Very disappointed about it . Plus they never says nothing about the 100 deposit until u got there. what about if anybody got no money to pay that. ??? I think they suppost to let people knows before u got there or paid for the unit.

      The parking was close to the hotel and easily accessible for entering and exiting the hotel.

      I checked in early and still had to fill everything out again. Also was charged a 100.00 deposit despite paying for everything before staying that has not been taken off of my card yet.
