Customer service was outstanding, including 2 calls before we arrived to be certain we had what we wanted when we arrived. Breakfast was good with hotvand cold options. Steamers only kept the cooked food warm, not hot however, and menu is the same daily. Outdoor space had plenty of spaces to enjoy nature, swim, hot tub, basketball, shuffleboard, firepit, or sit on a porch swing with a babbling brook to enjoy.

Bathroom had some mildew on the shower curtain, and signs of delayed maintenance although generally clean.

Check in was easy. The staff was friendly. The tv had direct tv so I was able to enjoy some shows before going to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Facilites looked well maintained and clean. I was offered a cup of coffee at check out. It was nice.

The room had a moldy wet smell. The shower curtain had pink stains (algae or bacteria) at the bottom and it smelled funky too. The A/C had the same funky smell. Like moldy or maybe it needed maintenance, new filter or a flush. Shower curtains can be washed on hot water regularly to remove the pink funky stuff. Other than that, every thing was okay. I think price per value was okay. Staff was super friendly. I’m grateful for their support and attention.

Quick access to the highway, friendly staff. Much more quiet upstairs without the little elephants over us. We requested to change to upstairs queen room, even though our reservation was king (only downstairs are king).

We stayed twice in a week, going to and home from vacation, first room was better, the second seemed like housekeeping was in a rush. Not very clean, AC not on before arrival, towels a little disheveled a bit of a smell, stains on bathroom walls, we actually said to each other we didn't want to use the shower...

The location was nice and centralized to everything we needed to do.

The hallways smelled of pot snoke. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was disgusting it was dirty there was poop under the seat glitter all over the place and a man's dirty underwear on the floor. When we walked up there was trash outside of one of the rooms. The towels and bed sheets were stained. The second room had roaches.

Wasn’t as clean as it should be found hair on the sheets hair in the kitchen on the floor and around the sliding doors, the balcony was full of spiders and spider, egg sacks, and quite dirty. Also, it was above where the washer is which you could smell sour wash that was left in the washer all the days I was there. Some of the windows had paper shades that were quite dirty and you couldn’t open the windows very well for fresh air because of that.
