- “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

  I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and my room was absolutely beautiful! The bed pillows could have been better, but everything else was perfect! I loved the heated toilet with the bidet! I loved that the room had a washer and dryer.

  The lady that did my check in was amazing she listened and answered my questions (unfortunately I did not get her name) but she was very nice.

  When I looked under the bed to look for something I misplaced under the bed it was super dirty you can tell it hadn’t been cleaned under for a while And when I walked without shoes on the floor you can feel the garbage just from how dirty it was, everything else was fine.

  That it was walking distance to the Intuit Dome where our concert was. It was also close to restaurants and a CVS

  The water in the shower had a very strong smell almost like sulfur. The room had a weird smell as well. Like smoke. We ended going to CVS and bought a Lysol to spray the whole room with it to get rid of the smell. I also didn't like that they woke us up. They called us to ask if we wanted to get our room cleaned or needed towels at 10 a.m. yes, I understand that is not a super early time to call someone but when you are on vacation and hoped to sleep in and you don't check out that day it was in bad taste to call. They should ask you that when you check in or provide a "Do not Disturb" sing or "Clean my room" sign. Also the staff that cleans is very loud in the morning. You hear them with their cart and how they scream at each other. That was around 8 a.m. or so. I also believe there were either bed bugs or fleas. I got bitten by something on my ankle.
