      The room was great with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The balcony was fabulous and included chairs and table. Th walk up bar was great, Micheal was a great bar tender. The pools are beautiful. The Restaurant was very comfortable, and the food was excellent. The sand scupltur in the lobby was a wonderful artistict exhibit.

      Carpets in hallways and room were filthy. Room furniture chairs were dirty and stained. One pillow. Bed old and uncomfortable. Noisy unit. No ice in hotel. Breakfast was sparse: Waffle, yogurt and dry cereal provided.

      The hair dryer didn't work most of the people got put on the 2nd floor I asked for a hot tub and got a bathtub. Only the ice Maker wasn't working and they're waiting on a park. Couldn't had a little bit better. Personality as far as hospitalithe free breakfast was. Good. Then I got charged a resort fee and some kind of tax.I thought booking.com had no hidden fees. I would actually like some type of a refund
