I was in room 256. There are tables and chairs on the deck DIRECTLY outside my door - within 3 feet. There were people there talking and laughing until after 10pm. I called the office but some of the people did not leave. I was exhausted and had another long day ahead of me. If you could put signs on the tables or attached to the wall to please respect the needs of other travelers that might help. Or just move the tables and chairs to pool area. It is a shame that a few ruin it for the majority. Now I know what else I have to look for when reserving a room somewhere....no sitting area outside the room. Thank you for asking about my experience. (Also, the room phone did not work - the wire connected to the phone appeared to have been pulled despite still being attached).

the fact that there was a sitting area right outside my door and the people there had no respect for others trying to sleep. The room phone did not work. The lamp near the tv and dresser did not work (it was plugged in).

I loved the layout of the hotel, convenient to get to wherever you wanted to go and not complicated like some hotels on the boardwalk. The staff was amazing. The outside pool and jacuzzi was great. There was decent priced eateries, as far as drinks go put money away for that because they are pricey but worth it. Loved the seating areas which had multiple propane firepits and rocking chairs which were clean and comfortable. If I can edit this and add photos I will.

The weather which honestly has nothing to do with the hotel. Didn't win at the casino but it just wasn't my luck that week. There was one situation at the Boardwok we came down late and the guy took it upon himself even though we stated what we wanted he gave us not what we wanted until we corrected it and even after that he gave us a small scoop of mixed vegetables which is more healthy just saying, my husband and I not young anymore. 🙂
