I loved the location. It is right in the middle of the Waikiki beach walk and just a few minutes away from the beach. I loved that there was two separate ac controls my mom doesn’t like to be so cold and I love my room freezing I loved the kitchen space I loved the views of the ocean I loved the staff they were so sweet and kind. Tony in reservations was Amazing helping me book. I will be back.

My bathroom door had this sticky residue all over it. Not sure where it came from as there are no windows to outside and no smoking allowed in the room. I wish the bathtub was more even level my shower toiletries kept sliding off into the bathtub I wish the bathrooms had a little more space but we managed The glass tables are a nice touch but with a small toddler I had to re arrange the furniture so he didn’t hit his eye or head Honestly the small stuff didn’t really matter but just being honest I learned I became allergic to the pillows and sheets I’m allergic to dryer sheets and extreme use of bleach so I should of brought my own pillow cases but I know for next time The hotel should change all their pillows to hypoallergenic pillows. I did call and ask the front desk but they didn’t have any

They don’t provide free small water bottle, you have to buy that. I believe it should be free in that hot weather. The area noisy at night lots of ambulances. And the location away from the center of Boston.

Property was nice, however room smelled of mold and it was unpleasant the entire time. There was black mold growing in bathroom wall and AC unit when turned on just made it smell more so and like urine. Other than that the stay was ok. I do suggest putting bed bug safe covers on mattresses as that was an initial concern of mine but the room checked out clean for such issues. The mattress itself was a bit too painful from the springs but that can also be a me thing.. All in all I would stay again, definitely in a hopefully non moldy, damp smelling room… I would also suggest inventing slowly into removing carpets and laying down lament flooring ( hardwood style).The breakfast is a nice addition, and the staff friendliness more than makes up for any negatives.. however I will say I woke up with sore throats and headaches just from the mildew/mold smell and sat in my car to eat one night as I couldn’t deal with eating my takeout in my room with the smell… I think with a bit of upkeep this place would be an amazing place to stay and prices could match that, though as mentioned I would book again and was a good rate for a decent place… minus the mold. Thanks

Front desk staff when I got there was not very friendly. Room needed upgrades - not in good shape. The shower was horrible. There was almost no water pressure at all. When you ran hot water in the sink it barely came out. Stayed at the same hotel 6 years ago and it was great. Will not stay here again.

Bathroom was moldy, toilet leaked onto the floor, bed was springy and uncomfortable, pool was out of order, vending machine was out of order, breakfast tasted bad, room smelled weird.
