The room was great, clean and well stocked! The staff was exceptional! Fresh baked cookies daily and the breakfast was 10/10! My kids are pick eaters but there was something for all of us! I loved our stay here and upon check out - I asked about a few other options for next year and the front desk lady took us on a tour of the rooms so we could view/book for next year! We had a kitchen in our room, with cooking pots/pans, glassware and everything we needed to have homecooked meals - even while on vacation. If I could give over 5 stars, I would.

I will say that I am a stickler on customer service and I hold people/businesses to a high standard but I have not one single complaint about this place. I really enjoyed our time here and our kids are really looking forward to returning.

Bed was good, I can't speak for the rest of the room, I had to book a overnight stay around 11pm cause I missed my Airplane connection and needed a near by room with bus transfer.

Shower was absolutely horrible and not very clean on the floors around it. The water took forever to get warm and switched to cold and warm during a short shower. Breakfast was not the best and a typical cheap Continental Breakfast with bad tasting Waffles or Eggs. Normal Toast and Jam. Yes I was expecting a lil bit more or better.

Rooms are very comfortable, everything worked well, the host was really kind and helpful and was there to show us the property and was also always available to help us over the phone.

Items were left under the bed, which tells me they don't clean thoroughly. Other guests did t clean up after pets, and it was just left there. Someone should double-check the pet area daily to ensure it's clean. We were put on the 2nd floor with 2 dogs...who does that?

The bed and pillow are terrible! The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was very bad quality! No cotton, hair cap and etc… The breakfast eggs tasted like powder!
