    - “I loved the size of our room, so spacious to have a one bedroom mini apartment with a kitchen if we needed and a tiny view of the bridge, but otherwise surrounded by nature. I had the morning sun hitting me during my coffee in the kitchen every day and the entire space, including the bathroom, felt very modern and new. It was also a 13min walk down to the ortakoy ferry stop making travel super easy and a great base for exploring istanbul. The staff were very kind and esmail especially helped me practise my turkish which was kind of him! We ended up extending our 2 night stay to 4 nights because we enjoyed the comfort of the place that much!”

      The gentleman at the front desk gave me a warm greeting. He was understanding of how tired I was after being in seminars all day. He gave me all the info I needed to know during my stay. I also like the floor and view from my room.

      When I first walked into the room there was a really bad smell. At first, I was thinking about going back downstairs to ask for another room, but I was soooo tired and ready to go to sleep. I closed the bathroom door and realized I didn't smell the bad smell anymore. I think the smell was coming from the toilet or the shower. It gave off a bad sewer smell. The bathroom seemed clean, so there weren't any visible signs of the smell. Therefore, that leads me to believe that it was the sewer. Another thing that I did not like was the noise outside my window. I realize the noise outside is out of the hotel's control because it is located in the heart of downtown and next to a busy bus stop. I'm from the southern part of VA, so the city noise is different for me. Other than these things I did not have any other problems.

      It was right next to the American dream mall where we were going so that was perfect

      We got there late with 2 kids we wanted to go to bed when we pulled back the blankets on the bed the bed was wet! The website said fully stocked kitchen in our suite and there was nothing! Not even the coffee maker! We had to ask the front desk for everything. We were there for 2 days and I don’t think anyone ever cleaned the common areas there was dog vomit in the hallway the whole time we were there. Breakfast was only muffins and coffee. We were not at all happy with this hotel!
