  The SureStay was honestly a lot better than we expected for the price. We needed somewhere to crash near the airport before an early morning flight, and the price was more than right. The neighborhood is nothing to write home about (rather concerning, in fact) but the hotel seems to be very well kept, the person at check-in was friendly and efficient, and once we got to our room, we were very impressed by the spaciousness, the cleanliness, and the thoughtful touches (USB charging ports and outlets on both bedsides was very appreciated). We didn't have a chance to enjoy the small pool, or take advantage of the breakfast, but appreciated they were both available. All in all, would recommend the place to anyone like us looking for budget accommodations near the airport.

  Very nice hotel in a great location just a short drive to the falls! Staff were all friendly and helpful. The lobby and rooms were very nice and I consider a great value overall. Breakfast ok - several options but the eggs were rubbery and the hashbrowns very soggy, of course these are two items hard to keep fresh when they sit out for a while however, there were other options like bagels, breads, muffins, yogurt, cereal, fresh made waffles...etc. so overall not bad. Nice to have coffee & water 24/7!

  Not a big deal but the closet door slides to close the closet or bathroom - a bit of a pain but the rooms are very large and nice to have a sink, refrigerator, microwave, sofa and desk! Nice large windows with electric blinds - great view of the mountains.

  Day shift was more interested in eating breakfast than paying attention to guests. Decade coffee was cold. Not lukewarm but cold. I also do not care for the hand soap dispenser. Not easy for elderly guests to squeeze and why would someone think that squeezing a container with dirty hands is sanitary. Now the dirty hand germs (feces) are on the container. Why not have one that you wave you hand under? I won't stay at a Tru again.

  I don’t like that this is a shared unit The kids are in college so they are loud they were outside smoking and talking loud till about 1am I walked in my first day trash was fully house smelled the room was dirty the kitchen had broken glass on the floor and counter there was bug in my shower
