Breakfast was good and well stocked. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of motel is very good; it is easy to get too. Our room was very clean and everything in working order. Will be staying there again.

The location and room were nice. It was walkable for the kids and there were activities when we were there. The girls liked the pool and we were next to the boat that took you to Put In Bay so they had fun with that .

It was confusing on how to get into the property when we first arrived. I parked and walked around until I found out how to get in. It wasn't really clear that you use the code at the gate when you first arive. I also didn't like that there was only one key and fob for the room and building. When my son went to the room we didn't have access from the pool to the bathrooms and had to wait for him to come back down so I could take my grandaughters into the building to use the bathroom. We also couldn't just go up to the room with one key if he had already went up from the pool and had to wait for him to come back down to go to the room. I would think with 5 people and 2 parking passes you would have 2 keys for the building and room.

Room had no air, was told to switch rooms two times. Gave us fans for second room because we had plans for daughter and couldn’t move again. No one ever came to fix air. Did not give any discounts and I’m a Bonvoy member.

11 of us had driven in from Chicago & reserved 4 rooms and all 4 rooms wasn’t cleaned thoroughly the rooms had bad odors due to the carpet needing to be shampooed, the microwaves was too nasty and roach infested to use, the rooms had different size roaches I told the Supervisor Kal about it and instead of accommodating us he was rude & only put down some bug traps but we went out and purchased some Raid Roach Spray, disinfectant cleaners and air freshener to make our stay some what comfortable also we wasn’t able to get extra towels unless we wanted to pay for them which is ridiculous. If we hadn’t booked through this site we would’ve canceled our rooms and went elsewhere I’ve never had a bad experience until now
