I really like the property in the staff. Everyone was extremely polite. The only thing I had a problem with was when checking in I was unaware of the extra charges. I just wish they would of informed me that those were just holding charges until checkout, other than that, it was such a great day. The facility was clean. Everyone’s really nice.

Location wise the property was seven minutes away from downtown, the property itself was absolutely beautiful. We got to walk around and enjoy a lot of the facilities.

Location was ok, the staff was nice. The bed was high which I liked, and there were no ants in the first room I stayed in. (611) There was also hot water in the shower, and the vanity sink. Plus the toilet flushed properly. I could easily work the tv in the first room. The ac in both rooms was good.

The 2nd room I stayed in 304 was not very good. The bed was so low, and the mattress was in a big frame too big for the mattress I kept knocking my shins on the frame. I was getting bit by tiny ants in the bed all night long, it was hard to get comfortable. The bites didn’t hurt, but it made me itchy, and I was scratching trying to get comfortable. I still have bumps all over. There was no parking available for purchase the whole stay. I had to walk 15 minutes away to get free parking behind the Zoo. I had to get up early at 6:00 am to move my rental to the park to monsarrat Ave just to get more free parking till midnight. At midnight I had to go bk and drive around for 30-45 minutes just to get free parking on Monsarrat Ave. The 2 nd room was hard to work the TV. I couldn’t watch regular channels.

Service was amazing! Room service food was the best I've had anywhere and I've stayed all over at the best hotels. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Hot hot water and decent water pressure.

I loved the balcony view and how you can go rafting right outside your hotel room. I was so relaxed but I advise you check the weather in advance the rain can spoil your visit.

No one attends the pool. The last 2 times I've been here, parents are taking babies with no diaper at all. Last time I had to request the pool be cleaned as a child's excrement was floating around while the parents just kept sitting there and playing. We couldn't enjoy our last night there because there were so many people in the pool area with no bands, they just came from the beach to the bar, and decided the pool was the place to be. The parking lot in the front was flooded with beachgoers. There was even a man sitting in a chair holding a parking spot for his wife while she went to the store. Yep! Right in front of our room. No nevermind I have braces on both legs and am disabled. She needs this spot. The air-conditioning sounded like it was on its last leg and sounded horrible. Forget about sleeping, if the noisey air-conditioning doesn't keep you up the uncomfortable beds will. Don't go barefoot. The floor was sticky and there were roaches in our room.
