Nothing. Do not stay here. We were provided a unclean room with bath towels strewn on the bathroom floor at 11.30 PM and then we were given an alternate room by a nice front desk gentleman. However, in the morning we found that the water in bath tub was not getting drained, for which we wanted to call the front desk. intercom was not functional and when we called the front desk through mobile, she was non-empathetic and only asnswer she had was “i dont know”. When we told her it was urgent for hs to get ready and check out, she said maintenance cannot be done and refused to give us the manager number for escalation. We had to check out the room without shower. And even the shower gel and hand wash containers were unfilled and empty and the trash from the earlier day wasnt removed.

The property is beautifully designed with lots of thoughtful touches. We are impressed by how clean, peaceful, and comfortable the rooms are. The amenities impress: outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, hammocks, fire pits, and even Himalayan salt sauna. Perfect for unwinding. Staff seem very attentive and friendly. Getting in/out is easy thanks to key‐codes and there’s pristinely kept communal areas. It’s peaceful. Many mention the “quiet, relaxing” atmosphere and that it feels tucked away even though it’s not far from the action.

We love Frankenmuth. This hotel makes it even more enjoyable. We were upgraded to a suite as when we got there the room wasn't finished. We were early. It was a kind gesture. Really appreciated it.

Mike & Tammy were wonderful hosts! The breakfast each morning was generous and very good. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect location to attend Hershey events and/or attractions.

Unsure whether the listing shows there are pets on site. The pets were not anywhere near our room and are very friendly. If you're someone who has a severe allergy please take note.

The bed was absolutely terrible, possibly the worst I’ve ever been stuck with in a hotel. Thin walls, my neighbor showering at 1am might as well have been bathing 2 feet from me, brutal for the middle of night.
