The room was good except the walls were thin. In fact my daughter and I was awoken around 4:15 am by a conversation in the adjoining room. It appeared there were at least three individuals in the room and I had to put my daughter life in danger by bangin on the adjoining room's door and eventually they quiet down.

The carpet in the main area was old and dirty and there was no parking in the facility especially since the larger vehicle parked in three to four spaces without any retribution.

The check-in was easy and staff was friendly.

This was the second time we've stayed at this location and both times the key cards did not work upon initial check in so we had to connect with the front desk to get them reset. Also our room door was open upon arrival. The bathroom for was uneven as well. The breakfast was cold and we think we got sick from eating the sausage and eggs. Was disappointed because we had a full day of travel after leaving and had to make a lot of stops along the way.

The hotel rooms need to be remodeled and the carpet need to be replaced. The smell was not pleasant. Dust by the light plug and the bathroom had paint chipping of the wall.

Entry light switch did not work. TV was less than basic: closed caption did not work, limited stations available, “guide” gave no description of any program and did not allow user to look ahead in time for upcoming programs. No chair in the laundry room. So many minor fixes needed that it seemed property was not being taken care of.

The location is great, very safe area. Easy access to freeways. Check in and out were very easy

Lack of parking. Has to park down the street one of the nights I stayed. The hotel had a very musty smell that worsened when entering the room. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Cleaning staff was extremely loud when cleaning the neighboring rooms-loud to the point it was disrupting conversations within my own room.
