      Amazing staff!!! The front desk staff was unbelievably helpful in providing the best ways to get around, a very helpful map, and two apps that made the entire experience much easier. The room was amazing with the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. It was a great location, close to everything. The entire place was clean and the room spacious. Highly recommend!

      Great location with a short walk to the lake and restaurants.

      The staff were hesitant to send cleaning service though it was expected daily based on experience with other hotels and having left the sign out for it. We only got the room made after two days of staying there and three separate requests. When we requested cleaning, we were actually told they would not be offering that service during our stay which was weird. We were refused an additional duvet (there were three of us). Considering it was off-season, there should not have been a shortage. We had no problems requesting for it at Hilton and Marriott hotels we were at during the trip so definitely worth it to look into hotel policies if there were any preventing that and also daily cleaning...
