The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. The book providing the information about the hotel was very helpful. We did not get to use the pool, but it looked very clean.

The bread products on the breakfast buffet seemed stale and hard. The lights in the room were a little difficult to figure out. The area the hotel is in is hard to get to and it seems isolated.

They could’ve had an additional shuttle to the port so we didn’t have to take an Uber. They also could use an additional light in the center of the room by luggage rack since the room was very dark and it was hard to see one’s luggage contents.

Instead of a hotel it is like a shantytown. All around smells smoke/ Marijuana. Rooms are damp thus in the morning our clothes etc. become wet even air conditioner working in full mode. We stayed there for 8 days and in one of them fire alarm was activated by a guest at 2:30 am. All went down and wait more then an hour. You cannot reach to front desk by phone as they are always busy. You can stay for 1 -2 day max but for long period I definitely not offer to stay there. They are not cleaning the room during 4 days and even after 4 days the cleaning is meaningless all dust and sticky. You need to ask for towel renewal each time 24 hours a head.

The property is well located on a quiet residential street. It is very close to the University and all the tourist attractions in Seattle. It had all the basic essentials we needed for a comfortable stay.

We were worried that parking would be an issue since there is only street parking. But there was always a spot available right in front of the property for us. The street is very quiet and seemed safe.
