    - “Great location! The proprietors Olav and Brigitte were fantastic hosts. We rode our bikes on a terribly rainy day, and they assisted us with our baggage and even cleaning the bikes off too. The room was excellent - first class linens, and great bathroom products. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic too - we enjoyed a nice sampling of yogurts, meats and cheeses. We even got to sample several of the cheeses that Brigitte sells in her store. Arcen is a quaint beautiful little town, and La Dominette is right in the center. Wonderful restaurants are within a 50 meter or less walk. This is an outstanding B & B - one of the very best we’ve ever stayed in!!”

      Great stay. The room was very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice attention to details like ceramic coffee mugs and glass glasses -- love that. We had a good, hearty meal in the restaurant with excellent pie. Would definitely stay here again.

      Room was very clean and employees I spoke to were extremely nice and personable. Parking was easy. Unlike lots of other hotel rooms, figuring out how to get hot water in the shower was very easy.

      Using the check in and check out kiosk probably took a lot more time than just going directly to a receptionist. I couldn't check in around 3:30 using the kiosk because it said my room wasn't ready. I had to go to the receptionist and he found me a room. Then when I checked out I wasn't sure what to do with the keycards so I had to go to the receptionist, who thanked me and took them. What's the point of the kiosks if you have to talk to a receptionist afterwards? I had this same problem with kiosks in Las Vegas. There was an intermittent rattling sound in the room that made it hard to sleep without earplugs. It may have been coming from the air conditioning unit. I learned long ago to always carry earplugs when I'm at a hotel.

      MOST of the staff were lovely. One security guard was abusive and antagonistic to my challenged daughter. More training would be appropriate. Ask Wendy about the bathroom incident.

      The staff was nice when we got checked in and the check in and snack machine area were clean and nice

      Dirty for a room as soon as I walked in found. Roach crawling near the bed went to the restroom found another roach then was going to shower shower was filthy dirty with hair all over switches rooms and the same thing the tub was disgustingly dirty there was blood splattered on the tub it was the worse stay I have ever had. Then at midnight I had teenage girls knocking and saying they were going to call the cops if I didn’t open the door I knew it was teenage girls because I caught them and the hallways were disgusting there was trash and food on the floor in the hallway people leaving. There stinky shoes and sandals outside of their rooms.

      Close to many things. Good location. Bathroom had good lighting.

      We got put in a room right next to the elevator in a hearing impaired room and it was very loud. We asked to be moved and they wouldn’t let us relocate to another room. It was clean but we didn’t get a good rest because the elevator was so loud.
