very dirty, room was dirty, shower was dirty, wall in bathroom looked like it was coming off, moldy air conditioner, room smelled musty, outside in the parking lot was also really dirty, trash everywhere, the pools didn't look clean and the water was murky.

The aesthetic, the shower head was rusty and needs to be changed and the bathroom had a weird smell. Also, the old guy at the front desk who worked the night shift was very annoying and inefficient. I had informed the hotel through booking (description) that I would need a shuttle for 4am. I also told the same old guy the day before that I would need the shuttle service at 4am, but when I went to confirm, he told me that the shuttle was full and that I should’ve informed them (even though I did). I had to book an Uber to take me to the airport for my flight. While I was waiting in the lobby, another guest came to ask the receptionist (old guy) about the 4am shuttle and I heard him tell the guy that there’s no 4am shuttle and that the service starts at 4:30. But the night before he told me that the 4am shuttle was full, which was an unnecessary lie.

There is so much charm to this property and the room was clean and tidy.

The wooden frames of the bed were a bit dusty with age, but overall gave to the charm regardless, and everything else was spotless, and felt extremely comfortable cleanliness wise!

I thought it was more going to be more of a hotel, it had bed breakfasts vibes … there was a shared refrigerator downstairs & no ice so we disappointed about that . Didn’t like pool was shared ?? It was a little confusing

They need an elevator for luggage or anyone with health problems. The stairs are uneven and difficult to climb with or without luggage. The hotel has a motel feel. Rooms could use an upgrade.
