Liked all the options of restaurants, shops, bars and things to do. Also, lots of things close to the hotel. Didn't get a chance to visit the pool, but it looked nice. Fitness center was also good.

The check in process took an hour. We had Ceasar's rewards and my wife stood in that line while I stood in the regular line. When she got to the front of the line, it wouldn't work, and the staff member who was helping with that line would not complete the check in process and said she would have to get in the long line, that I was already in. So, that was not very helpful

The hotel has a great location, near everything we need and close to Bellagio and Paris. The mattress was comfortable, and the room, in general, was comfortable as well.

- I reserved 3 rooms and asked for them to be together; only the first two were together, the third one was on the other side of the hotel. I was traveling with my elderly in-laws, and they had to be far away from us, which we did not want. I insisted to the front desk clerk that I needed all three rooms together, since I had requested it in advance, and she was rude. - The resort fee is too expensive, and I was not informed that I had to pay it while booking. I know by law I could refuse to pay, but I was with 2 kids, 2 older adults, and one dog! It would be too much trouble after waiting 1 hour in line to check in. - I reserved 3 non-smoking rooms, and one of the rooms heavily smelled like cigarettes. The smell was so strong that I felt nauseated. I couldn't even ask for a room change because I would have to switch all 3 rooms, and the rude front desk lady had already said they did not have any rooms near each other anymore. The air was heavy, the bed sheets, the curtains, and the towels heavily smelled like smoke. I had to order through DoorDash an odor-fighting air freshener so I could stay in the room. This is ridiculous. - Check-in takes a long, long, long time! For some reason, the system did not recognize my reservation through the online check-in, so I had to wait in line for the totem self-check-in. When it was finally my turn, the totem informed me that I had to go to an in-person check-in, which meant waiting in one more long line. It took me more than one hour to be able to check in, and as I said, I was with 2 kids, 2 older adults, and 1 dog. NOT EASY. - Limit of 2 devices to connect to the free wi-fi. Another ridiculous thing. - Confusing signs to take you from the parking garage to the lobby. - One of the rooms had no hot water. My in-laws took a cold shower. - The casino and the lobby are unbearable to stay in because of all the smoke. If you don't smoke, you'll suffer.

It took an hour to get into our room. Our first room the door wouldn't lock and then they gave me keys to 2 other rooms that had people in them. Finally put me in a handicapped room as they knew there was not a need for that room that evening. The room was not finished being cleaned so we waited for a little more to make sure the room was clean.

I wasn't too happy about the fact that at nighttime, all the staff leaves, and so if you lock yourself out of your room andnits past midnight, (which happened to me),, you have to wait until morning to get a key. I also wasn't happy about one of the main cleaning lady/office people.. This woman always seemed to be very stuck up and kind of rude. There was one day she walked into my room and accused me of doing something that had happened in a whole different room. And she didn't even say sorry.
