Like most other Hilton properties I have stayed at this one was top notch. We ended up with a top floor harbor view room! When we arrived it was all fogged in so not much to see until the next morning with a great view of the harbor. The hotel is on a boardwalk which follows the harbor and has several restaurant choices just next door besides its own on premises restaurant. Had full complimentary breakfast (Thank you Hilton Honors status) that offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast.”

      My sister and I stayed here and had a great nights sleep! The staff are so friendly and nice. The room was very nice. It was very clean and roomy and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was clean, and shower pressure was very good. The location was very convenient to everything. We would definitely recommend The Arizona Inn.

      The pool was closed wich was the reason we stayed there and even at check in Noone said anything I would have went to a different hotel and the toilet in the bathroom kept getting clogged eachday with just a number 1!

      The location of the hotel was a prime location. I made an error in the type of room I booked and was able to see one of the rooms with a balcony and it was so adorable. However, when I did request the type of room that I intended to book for (I had been out of town for a week by the time I arrived in Frankfurt and needed a room with a W/D), the staff was very quick to assist and the actual room I ended up staying in had a beautiful view of the city skyline and of the Main. The staff was very helpful and made my first time in Frankfurt an absolute pleasure.

      The rooms were a bit dated and could use some upgrades on the carpet and better cleaning of the furniture. The TV was also locked by the hotel and made it impossible to change language settings or to even use a Firestick so that I could enjoy TV when I had downtime, so I did have to resort to watching movies or listening to music from my laptop.

      John Lloyd, General Mgr., is very good. He was more than accomodating. We had a small issue with Room #3 being too warm. He rectified the situation for my next stay there and we were satisfied. The location is great and the style for the hotel is very cool.

      Be careful with room #3. It is very nice but it's above the boiler room and can be very hot.
