This place was totally immaculate. Very well appointed. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I originally selected this simply because it had a garage and I was traveling with equipment in my car that I needed to keep safe. It was like staying at a five-star resort everything was brand new and top shelf the beds were incredibly comfortable. Bob was also an incredible host very attentive. Five star rating all the way

The size of the apartment was great. There was everything one would need for a nice stay, and everything was very clean. Communication with the hosts was flawless beginning to end, they are amazing.

I arrived on a day when it had been really hot and unfortunately, the AC window unit was set on its lowest setting. It took almost 12h to cool down the apartment enough to make it bearable for me and my dogs which made for a very exhausting first night.

The facility lied to us it was under construction which they did not tell us it smelled mold they lied to us about the pool there was no pool it was under construction they should have told us what was going on the room that I reserved was not what I reserved I ordered a double room I got a regular room when I got to the hotel and I told him what I ordered and it was not what I reserved they did not want to accommodate me I complained to the hotel manager that it was not what I ordered she told me I'm sorry we don't have the room that you reserved I ordered it way well a month in advance she told and I even called a week before my scheduled appointment and she even confirmed that I had the room that I reserved which was a double room like a mini sweet I was supposed to have a couch and an extra room and I did not have that I even brought my granddaughter with me with with the expectation that there was a pool there so she would have something to do there was nothing that my reservation said it would be therefore my trip was miserable my granddaughter had nothing to do in my room was nothing what it was supposed to be

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon checking in to my room I discovered the floors were wet and sheets hadn’t not been changed as they were covered in hair and dirt, so I kindly asked for a new set and that I could change them myself and they just put me in a new room. When I got into this new room it smelled horribly of cigarettes even though they are “no smoking” rooms and the refrigerator electrocuted me twice while i was trying to put my food in, so I asked again to just have new sheets in the previous room. I got the new sheets and then discovered the mattress was also damp, the hairdryer didn’t work at all, the shower was rusted and peeling, and so was the paint off the walls. I called the front desk to see if there was an extra and throughout this whole experience the woman at the front desk seemed put out and rude. I contacted booking.com where I got the reservation to see what could be done about a new room and such, and nothing at the time could be done so I decided to just tough it out. I am from Texas and am visiting my husband who is enlisted in the Navy so I needed to be close to base and figured it was better than nothing. When I got back from base for my second night my room key wasn’t working so I went to the front desk and she informed me that I no longer had a room there because I contacted booking.com for a different room and that I was out of luck because they were miraculously “all booked” now. I got no heads up or call from them they just took it upon themselves to confiscate all of my luggage from my room without my permission, and leave me stranded on the sidewalk all because the amenities in THEIR booking were not accommodated. Take my word for it, this place is sketchy, dirty, and run down with a very rude front desk woman. I strongly advise you use your money elsewhere.
