I had come here with my newlywed wife and was very excited to treat her to a nice place. The bathrooms were very nice, the beds were comfortable and the view we got was great. The room was also quite clean. Aisha at the front desk was incredibly warm and engaging and was the most remarkable of the staff I interacted with. We were given free breakfast for our stay and they comped the parking which was very nice of them.

Unfortunately, we left somewhat disappointed. We called down to order a bottle of wine to celebrate but were told the bar had closed 10 minutes ago by the gentleman with braids on the night shift. He seemed pretty indifferent at the fact that we couldn't get one. We had also ordered food to which he didnt allow the delivery driver upstairs (thats standard procedure), but when asked if he could send someone upstairs to bring us our food, he said no and we had to get it ourselves. Again, quite indifferently. Again, no apology or any accommodation. Just come down and get it. I mean, if I was at a 2 star or a 3 star hotel, I would totally understand. But a room here is almost $200 a night, and it's a four star. Im not asking to move mountains, and I was going to generously tip whoever brought it up, of course. He didn't even notify us when it arrived, so by the time I got dressed and left my wife to get it, it was already cold. I swear I never saw that man smile once. Maybe the hospitality business isn't his thing. We were given breakfast vouchers, which was nice, but listen to me when I say that that was the saddest breakfast buffett I've ever seen at any hotel. Nothing was topped up at 11 AM (closes at 12 on weekends). People were picking through scraps at a 20-something dollar breakfast buffet. The pastries come frozen from US Foods, I know because I worked in a coffee shop that sold them a while ago. The scrambled eggs were dry due to not being rotated, and there was no cream cheese for the stale bagel, so I was given Philadelphia packets. One guy behind me waited 40 minutes for a plate of breakfast he ordered a la carte, and the only reason he didn't leave was because it had arrived just as he was about to. Thank God I didn't spend money on that, or I would have definitely complained. Also, the staff were a mess. I've never seen managers and waiters alike be so all over themselves with 6 tables.

The location and hosts were absolutely spectacular! Truly great view of south point and they even stayed up late to make sure we made it in when we were late. Really accommodating and gave so many wonderful suggestions. Can't wait to make it back!

I didn't even realize they offered anything for breakfast until the day I left. They only offer some fruit, oatmeal packets, coffee, and tea. The location is phenomenal right on the beach. The rooms look out over the ocean.

No fridge, no microwave, minimal breakfast with no knowledge that it is even there because they don't tell you. The housekeeping staff does a good job on the surfaces that you see, but if you look up they are missing dusting things like the corners and the vents.

Great location for visiting the Atlanta Braves stadium without the high cost of being adjacent to the stadium. Breakfast was above average. Comfy bed.

Some road noise. We were on 4th floor but took stairs because elevator was sloooow. Doing the pre-check in didn't get us a way to avoid the check in line.
