Location is good, in a newer (and under development) neighborhood North of downtown, easy walking distance to New Belgium and Odell breweries. Kitchen functional and well appointed, dining seating good a bit cramped, living room and bedrooms comfortable, very nicely furnished and decorated.

Nothing under host's direct control - there were a couple of significant tripping hazard holes in the grass strip between sidewalk and street, and when I let Justin know about it he investigated and let the HOA know they needed to fix these. He was very promptly responsive to any questions we had.

The staff is so nice and accommodating the manager Marc was friendly and professional but made us feel welcome by being human and joking around this was our 2nd stay here we were moving to Port orange and have stayed twice if we need to stay again we will be back and recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and the beds are comfy. The stuffs are friendly. One of the guests leave the ear pods under the pillow and the cleaning stuff found it . Big thanks for them called us after we have left and we went back to fetch it.

Could’ve used facial tissues, some additional towels, also.note on the stairs, about 5th or 6th step in the center has a nail protruding through the surface slightly that my husband and dog stepped in and it just broke the skin, finally the metal edge protectors on the stairs are very rough on the feet and make the stairs seem very steep - I’d suggest removing them and adding a stair runner rug or separate piece of carpet for each step - this would cover the nail I mentioned and make going up and down stairs a little more safe and comfortable

Room could have been cleaner. Also hallway carpeting is old and dirty. Man at desk had an attitude. I had trouble understanding his foreign accent and he was annoyed. I don’t have a problem with newcomers to our country and I try to understand and be courteous. I also understand that he would become annoyed with me but that isn’t his job. I tried more than he did.
