Breakfast below average for a chain hotel. A friend , who had recommended the hotel, had stayed several years back and raved about the breakfast. Also location near a feedlot was at times unpleasant, all on how the wind blows.

No microwave. Why bother providing a fridge other than to keep beer cold? The layout of the room was wonky. The TV being mounted exactly in-between the bedroom and sitting room was cheesy and loudly stated, "We're too cheap to put a TV in both rooms, or one or the other for that mater, so you can have an uncomfortable side view from either room, no full on viewing, no full on enjoyment." At home I don't watch TV from a 45 degree angle. If I go to a movie theater and those are the only seats available I get a refund and come back later when I can sit in the middle. I didn't make coffee because the cup wasn't "to go" but at least it was a drip maker and not pods. But the worst part of all, and it wasn't necessarily the hotel's fault alone but, it is unconscionable that local businesses on Peachtree, including the hotel, don't have more influence on law enforcement and get them to arrest those responsible for the noisy shenanigans going on in the streets overnight. Seriously, at 3:30 a.m. on a Saturday night I could not fall asleep because it sounded like the busiest, noisiest, drag strip you ever encountered. No cops. No charges? Disturbing the peace. Reckless endangerment. Speeding. I'm sure they could come up with a whole laundry list if Metro Atlanta put their mind to it. And, you and guests are the losers. I faced a 5 hour drive home on little to no sleep as a result. Considered asking for a full refund since there was nothing online warning potential guests of this reality. Had I but known I would have found other accommodations in another area of town.

Bad front desk customer service - rude, did not care, miscommunication Bad housekeeping service - did not clean room even though we specifically asked for it at the front desk and the front desk replied “ok, will let them know!” ?!?!? Nothing more disappointing than to come back to the room to rest after a long day, only to see the room was not tidy and no clean towels and new toiletry. Why am I paying so much to NOT be taken care of??? =(
