The location was great; the room was near the beach, the park and a bus stop, which made it easy to get around. The room was small but contained everything needed. Blackout curtains blocked the light from coming in, great at night but during the day the view was internal, towards other rooms and hallways.

The apartment is for sale and twice I was asked to leave so the apartment could be shown. This was not cool. I guess this was the reason for the small discount that was offered.

The location was perfect. We were very close to the convention center and we were able to walk the area. We also enjoyed the many eateries in the neighborhood. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

We didn't like that we were there for a convention. Would have loved more sightseeing and relaxation at the beach. The best part was coming into an airconditioned room in the evening.

Modern and cute little overnight stop in Route 66! Stopped thru Amarillo and couldn't be more impressed with the facility's and staff! Great breakfast. AMAZING STAFF.. friendly and welcoming atmosphere!

The room and the breakfast were good. In addition, the maids were great.

The front staff acted prejudice against me. I noticed they were much friendlier to others that to me. In addition, I asked for a room facing the river and I was told a lie that all rooms were sold out. Also, I had trouble getting coffee and in spite that the front staff knew this. The staff members persisted to chit chat loudly and rudely towards each other ignoring me. I am gravely disappointed by the rude staff and total lack of professionalism.
